I am the Graduate Student Representative (2023 - 2024) on the Teaching Enhancement Committee of the University of New Mexico Faculty senate.
The Teaching Enhancement Committee is one of four (4) committees that comprise the Faculty Senate Academic Council, which is charged with oversight of the teaching and curricula of the University of New Mexico (UNM) including the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels.

Hindu YUVA
I have been the founder and the first president of Hindu YUVA chapter at the University of New Mexico Campus. As part of the Hindu YUVA team we enhances and enriched the cultural diversity on the UNM Campus by organizing meetings, and festivals for the UNM community and enriches student life on campus. Our events attract over 250 attendees. Hindu YUVA is a national student organization dedicated to uniting Hindu youth on college campuses. We provide opportunities for students, staff, and faculty members to understand and practice Hindu Dharma or the Hindu way of life.
